SUMMARY:Sacred Circle: Breathwork & Meditation Workshop
DESCRIPTION:We want to warmly invite you to our healing space for BIPOC (Black\, Indigenous\, and people of color) folks to rest their hearts bodies and minds. We will have space to chat\, craft\, and connect.\n\nMaximum of 20 spaces available per session. This space is curated by and for the Black and Brown community\, all are welcome to apply but priority in the space is for BIPOC.\nThis is also a safe space for 2SLBGTQIA+.\n\nWe are here to offer emotional support\, raise awareness\, connection\, and advocacy. Bring your latest art project to work on!\n\n\nDate :  Wednesday April 28th\nTime: 6-8 PM \n\nLocation: The Together Center in Redmond\, WA\nRSVP: Immediate accompaniment and material support create trust and demonstrate the effectiveness of community-led protection. As trust grows\, community members move from receiving services to shaping strategy: they join Safe Haven meetings\, co-design emergency guides\, serve as promotoras\, and participate in legislative advocacy.
