SUMMARY:QTPOC: Crafts in the Park
DESCRIPTION:Join in this monthly community space for our queer and trans neighbors of color! \n\n\n\nQTPOC Collective is a casual monthly space for our queer and trans neighbors of color to connect. The space is led in partnership with Pride Across the Bridge. Community facilitators include Angelica from Eastside for All\, with support from Jay Jun of Wolfberry Studio LLC.  &gt\;&gt\; Multilingual Flyer\nFor this month’s queer and trans people of color meetup\, bring your craft project for an afternoon of crafting at Bellevue Downtown Park! We will also provide coloring sheets.\nBring your picnic blankets for the park lawn and some refreshments to share! Meet underneath the tree in the middle of the Park.\n\n\nRainy day alternative:\nT’Latte (near SE corner of the park)\n37 103rd Ave NE\, Ste B\nBellevue\, WA 98004\n \nAttendees are also welcome to hang out without reading. We’ll have coloring sheets &amp\; art supplies for those who like to create! Feel free to bring your own creative project to work on.\nNOTE: This gathering is for those with lived experience as members of historically minoritized racial groups (Black\, Indigenous\, and People of Color) If you do NOT share this lived experience\, please consider attending other Pride Across the Bridge events instead\, such as Rainbow Elder Breakfast\, Queer GenX Coworking\, and Beyond Binary Connections.\n\n\n\nWe’ll also have coloring sheets &amp\; art supplies for those who like to create while they learn! Feel free to bring your own creative project to work on.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will hold space to connect and learn how to support each other as Queer and Trans People of Color in a safe space.\n\n\n……….\nThis is a safe space for all. Any behavior that goes against the LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC community will result in an individual being asked to leave. All ages are welcome\, but we ask minors or other folks who are under legal guardianship be accompanied by a guardian or friend when attending the social event.
