Find My Community
People of color comprise over 40% of the population across our combined Eastside communities of Bellevue, Issaquah, Redmond, Kirkland and Sammamish. And over 1 out of every 3 residents was born outside the U.S.
But our city councils, school boards, commissions, large nonprofit boards and business associations do not reflect this racial and cultural diversity.
East King County’s historically passive, status quo approach to combating racism and xenophobia has now caught up with us. We are far behind other major regions across the U.S. when it comes to advocacy investment and transforming infrastructure.
We're here to change that.
Eastside For All will build infrastructure that will grow with the community, leaving a legacy for newcomers and future generations who call East King County their home.

With the guidance of key community stakeholders, we identify opportunities to establish new policies and improve existing policies that advance racial equity in East King County.
Eastside For All’s policy advocacy focuses on Eastside city governments, including police, and school districts. We challenge the development of policies that perpetuate the disparities, marginalization, and other harmful outcomes for our communities.
