Advocating for Housing Justice & Affordable Housing in East King County

Rising housing costs and housing instability are making it nearly impossible for families to stay where they are connected in community, work, school, and places of worship. Eastside cities have started making planning decisions that will shape growth and affordable housing for at least the next 10 years.

The future of affordable housing and land use should be shaped by us all, not just those who have traditionally had the invitations, time, and knowledge to engage.

The time to advocate is now! Come learn how, share your ideas, and connect with your neighbors at this free virtual event. This event centers the experiences and solutions of our communities of color, immigrants, renters, young people, and low-income community members in East King County. All are welcome.

Presenter: Paula Sardinas, Founder, President, & CEO of the WA Build-Back Black Alliance
