City Council Regular Meeting:
The FINALIZED agenda will be published the Friday before the meeting and can be found here.
Kirkland City Council (KCC) meetings are now hybrid: you can attend in person or by Zoom.
The virtual meeting can be accessed in the following ways:
1. Watch livestream on Kirkland TV, YouTube, Facebook or the city website.
2. Watch or participate via Zoom, either by calling 253-215-8782 or 206-337-9723 (both toll-free in the US) or on your computer here (Webinar ID 833-0932-5268; no passcode needed).
3. The meeting is recorded and available to the public, generally within 24 hours. Watch the recorded meeting the next day.
Note that meetings may end early or run late.
The Study Session is not part of the Council Meeting, but it is open for public viewing. The Study Session happens at 5:30pm, directly ahead of the KCC meeting. It can also be accessed in all of the ways listed above.
To Participate in This Meeting:
Members of the public may address the City Council live during the “Items from the Audience,” subject to the Council protocol of a limit of three speakers on each side of a particular issue, for a maximum of three minutes each, or during scheduled Public Hearings, via the Zoom connection link provided on each agenda.
