This is particularly true for older adults and those with chronic medical conditions. There are steps you can take to reduce your risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus such as:
- Make sure you have access to several weeks of medication.
- Stay informed on which grocery stores have special hours for older adults
- Stay connected with loved ones and neighbors to help ease the effects of isolation
