“Community Powered Since 2019” Fundraiser

Eastside For All launched in late 2019 with a mission to make racial, economic, and social justice possible for communities of color in East King County. Our hyperlocal, systems change approach has helped build critical infrastructure in the community for racial equity in housing, urban planning, community safety, and equitable development.

Hear how you have helped make a difference and what will be required in 2025 and beyond.

Guest Speaker: Dr. Julian Agyeman has played a pivotal role in our work since presenting his Just Sustainabilities framework at one of our events in 2022. Dr. Agyeman is a Professor of Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning at Tufts University. He is internationally respected for his research on “critical explorations of the complex and embodied relations between humans and the urban environment, whether mediated by governments or social movement organizations, and their effects on public policy and planning processes and outcomes, particularly in relation to notions of justice and equity.” Dr. Agyeman will join the gathering virtually to share his reflections on urban growth, belonging, and justice as we grapple with extraordinary political and social challenges.

Lunch catered by Chef Jeremy, Native Soul Cuisine.
