The Housing Opportunities in Mixed-Use Areas (HOMA) amendment proposal includes higher density, taller buildings and updates to last use districts and maps to encourage more housing development in mixed-use areas in Bellevue. The City Council will have a study session on the proposed updates on Tuesday, February 24.
