Bellevue City Council Meeting

The Bellevue City Council meets at 6 pm on the first four Tuesdays of each month at City Hall, 450 110th Ave NE, and is able to be viewed via Zoom (webinar ID 871 6827 7098, password 534267), live on Bellevue TV channel 21, or livestreamed on Bellevue Television YouTube. The agenda for the coming meeting is usually posted on the meeting calendar the Thursday before the meeting. 

Agenda items of note:

  • Multifamily Tax Exemption (MFTE) Catalyst Program for Housing Opportunities in Mixed-Use Areas (HOMA)
    • The City is looking at a 6-year plan to see how the MFTE program can incentivize the development of new housing units at 80% AMI (agenda memo)
