City of Bellevue Planning Commission Meeting

Bellevue Planning Commission Meeting

The Bellevue Planning Commission meets at 6:30 pm on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month in Conference Room 1E-113 at City Hall (450 110th Ave NE), and is able to be viewed via Zoom (passcode 983801). The agenda for the coming meeting is usually posted on the meeting calendar

The agenda includes a public hearing for the Planning Commission to recommend the 2026 Omnibus Land Use Code Amendment to City Council for adoption (agenda memo).

  • One of the key recommended changes is to remove “single-family” as a permitted use in the highest density residential zones and all other mixed-use zones
    • ADUs will still be allowed when developed with middle housing types
  • Additional materials can be found here
  • Planning Commission has the option to ask staff for an additional meeting after the public hearing before they make a recommendation

We encourage you to attend this meeting to observe, or sign up to speak in support of the staff’s recommendation!
