Bellevue Planning Commission Meeting
The Bellevue Planning Commission meets at 6:30 pm on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month in Conference Room 1E-113 at City Hall (450 110th Ave NE), and is able to be viewed via Zoom (passcode 983801). The agenda for the coming meeting is usually posted on the meeting calendar.
Agenda items include:
- High Density Residential and Planned Unit Development (PUD) Land Use Code Amendment (LUCA) (agenda memo and engagement plan)
- The City is working to increase how many housing units can be built in Crossroads and Factoria through updated rules
- They want to ensure that “low-income and immigrant households are represented in the feedback”
