Our Voices, Our Power: Eastside Immigrant Youth Advocacy Day
Eastside Immigrant Youth Advocacy Day is a youth‑led healing and advocacy gathering designed to uplift the stories, experiences, and leadership of immigrant youth across the Eastside. This event creates a culturally grounded space where our youth with lived experience can share their visions for change.
Through storytelling, games, creative resistance art activities our Youth will explore identity, belonging, and get connected to opportunities to grow as leaders in their communities.
When: September 20, 1-5 pm
Where: The Together Center Redmond, WA
Who: Youth connected and impacted by immigration
*Elected Officials and City Folks are welcome to come at 4:00 – 5:00 pm for the storytelling/share out portion to hear more about what students envision for a their future and how to make that happen together.
This day is about building power, strengthening community, and ensuring immigrant youth are heard, valued, and supported in shaping the future of East King County.
