King County Coalition of Hate and Bias – The Hate and Bias Incident Response Survey “is unique in that it is not a public-facing document; rather, the Survey is a tool administered by Coalition Partners to individuals in their respective communities.”

United States Department of Justice, Community Relations Services (CRS): CRS is the only federal agency dedicated to working with community groups to resolve community conflicts and prevent and respond to alleged hate crimes arising from differences of race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.
